7 Ways to make 2015 great!


1. Make a list of goals and identify how you want to achieve them - write down three things you want to achieve this year and stick them in an envelope. Go about your life as usual but don't forget about those three little things you want to achieve and work towards making them happen. At the end of the year, find that envelope again and find out if you did it! Tipp: don't choose unreachable targets and make them fun! Another thing that will help is writing down all of your goals and making a plan of how to achieve them, dividing long term and short term goals. Identify obstacles that might stand in your way and how you'll try to get past them. 
2. Find your focus - probably easier said than done! A top tipp is to choose a word that will help you along the way. It could be anything that helps you get back to reality and stay focused on the task that's ahead of you. Try presence, family, accomplish, knowledge, vision, skill, strength, etc. Tipp: A picture or a motivational quote may do the same job!
3. Make a Vision Board - it could be a pinterest board or a 'real life' collage for your desk. Find things that will get you motivated and ready to face each day. A vision board will remind you of why you're working hard every day to make your dreams come true. Tipp: Include pictures that you have taken yourself, so you also have something to be thankful for if something doesn't go quite as planned. 
4. Invest in Yourself - this year, do things that will help you achieve your goals! Sometimes, this will mean investing time or even money, If you've always wanted to take amazing pictures, take a photography class. If you want to get fitter, take a spin class. Go to greater lengths this year to make your dreams come true. And if you fall, stand up again! 
5. Daily Positive Action - this will help you, especially on those down days. Do something or think something positive every day. At best, write it down! It could be the tiniest thing like telling someone they did a great job or smiling in the sunshine. 
6. Be thankful every day - something we should definitely all do more often. Everybody has something to be thankful for, even if you feel like you're all alone. Just take a look around you: you probably have a family, friends, nice clothes, a great park near your house, sunshine, good health, weekends, laughter, water and so much more. Think about all the people that don't have as much and be grateful and smile! 
7. Travel - if you can, visit a really nice place this year, that you've never been to before! It'll be worth it, we promise! Try to switch off. Even if it's just for a day, take time off from working hard. You deserve it. And you deserve to be in a beautiful place and appreciate it. This is your greatest year yet!
