1. Emma Watson, Actress - In 2015, she will continue to campaign for women's rights and what's even better, she's trying to get men involved to end gender inequality! Since 2014, she's a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and already gave an inspiring speech at the United Nations about feminism in society and why it was an issue for men, too. She helped launch the "HeForShe" campaign, which aims to get men involved in ending gender inequality. Her campaign already has many male and female celebrity supporters and will hopefully reach many more this year. She has also used her social media presence to condemn a politician in Turkey and answered to the celebrity nude photo hack. What a Lady! Keep an eye out for her activism this year. Hermoine would be proud.
2. Matteo Renzi, Politician - the youngest Italian Prime Minister since Mussolini, Renzi is the hope for all Italians. After acting as the mayor of Florence, the 39-year old took the big seat in Italy's government in February 2014. He has since passed a 2015 budget, which will cut taxes by €18bn - the largest in Italian history. He has been seen to be very proactive in foreign affairs, meeting with powerful world leaders, including Barack Obama and Angela Merkel. He has also been named as the third most influential person under 40 by Fortune magazine and in the Top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy. 2015 is set to be the year for Matteo Renzi, a year, that will hopefully see Italy prosper and flourish as the beautiful country we all know it to be.
3. Henrik Kristoffersen, Skier - the 20 year old is a prodigy on the slopes. In 2014, he won a Bronze Medal at the Olympic Games in Sochi, as well as two Gold Medals at the Junior World Championships in Jasna, Slovakia, in the technical disciplines Slalom and Giant Slalom. At 19 years old, he raced to his maiden World Cup victory in January 2014 at Schladming in Austria and this season has seen him finishing top of the podium in Levi, Finland. This young athlete has his whole life ahead of him and we'll be sure to keep an eye on him this season and next, as he continues to wow audiences as he sneaks through the gates on the best ski slopes of the world. 4. Malala Yousafzai, Activist - one of the most well known and respected teenage girls, Malala became the youngest Nobel Peace Prize laureate ever in 2014. She also told her story of how she was short by the Taliban for standing up for her belief in education and the oppression of women in her new book I Am Malala, which has also just been released. In 2015, she will hopefully continue to change the world's view on what girls and women can accomplish. She's also speaking out for world leaders to do better in 2015, especially with education and climate change. 5. Kendall Jenner, Model - this year, the 19-year old will continue to pave her own way in the crazy world of the Kardashian Klan. After debuting her modelling skills last year on Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Givenchy or Balmain runways, 2015 is set to be even bigger and better for Jenner. Insisting, she has worked very hard by herself to get to where she is, she's already made friends in the fashion world and has an army of famous sisters backing her. In 2014, Kendall's off duty street style was always on point, so with fashion week fast approaching, we can't wait to see who Kendall wears this year - on and off the runways.
6. Adam Braun, Businessman and Philanthropist - through Pencils of Promise, a non-profit organisation, the 31-year old Brown University graduate has been able to create access to education for almost 30,000 children around the world. Pencils of Promise has built around 250 schools in Africa, Latin America and Asia and delivered more than 10 million hours of education, which is a huge deal, seeing as Braun started his organisation with just $25!! Adam Braun has also published his own book, titled "The Promise of a Pencil", in which he talks about starting an amazing operation that may change the world, what he learnt on Wall Street and how an ordinary person can create extraordinary change. Braun has also leveraged social media to initiate donations. This year will see Braun continue to change the world and hopefully get education to every last corner of the world! 7. Felix Kjellberg aka PewDie Pie, Youtuber - in 2014, YouTube became even bigger than it ever was. And users have started to change the way that 'celebrity' was defined. They paved the way for a whole new genre in entertainment. The most prominent of all, is Swede Felix Kjellberg, known to most as PewDiePie, a video game commentator, who reached 30 million subscribers on his channel in 2014. Through his popularity, he has been able to influence the sales of indie games and raise a huge amount of money for charities. If that wasn't enough, he even had a starring role in the tv-show South Park. In 2015, he aims to continue his positive influence on the internet, start his own network and carry on raising even more money for charitable organisations.
