New Years Resolutions to Stick to in 2015!


1. Being more healthy - we know as well as anyone, that you can't just cut out your favourite chocolate bar with a snip of the fingers but why not try a 7 day cleanse at least once this year! It'll get rid of all those toxins in your body!

2. Being more you - find out what you really want in life, spend more time by yourself and just think about things! You've got 365 days in 2015, so make the most of every day by just being yourself!

3. Plan more - get yourself a daily planner (our lifesaver!) and make sure you write down all your plans. There's nothing wrong with being spontaneous but life is a lot better, when you don't have to remember everything in your head, just write it down!

4. Drink more (water - not gin!) - usually 3 litres a day is a great amount! But water can sometimes be boring, so try drinking herbal teas, or fruit induced water. Juices and smoothies are great, too!

5. Tidy mind, tidy life - make sure you tidy more this year. Little things like putting your clothes back in the wardrobe at the end of the day or having a tidy desk makes all the difference.

6. Recycle more, buy less - this applies to food, as well as clothes! It's as important as ever, to be a little kinder to our planet, because we only have this one (for now). So try to cut down on buying wherever possible. And since the selfie has become so popular, no one will ever notice you wearing the same outfit twice! 

7. Speak up - voice your opinion this year. Don't hold back! Especially for us women, it's so crucial to say what we think to find our place in the world, so in 2015, stand up for what  you believe in, it'll make you a lot happier! We promise!
